@everyone We have two long positions going into the weekend : $PLTR Calls & $DELL CALLS. Naturally these positions are under pressure ( especially $PLTR) with the broad market now but the critical levels are still intact so just let the Stops work. The money flow was pretty much all going to Precious Metals, Oil, Utilities and Ag stocks this week. The exhaustion/overbought signals are already starting to go off so I didn't want to chase. Still early days so we will see how things play out. One sided markets will eventually shift regardless of context.

**PivotBoss Pre-Market Video [March 02, 2022]: Crude Oil Approaching $113 Edge** MARCH 02, 2022 — WEDNESDAY AM MONTHLY OUTLOOK RECORDING: In the March edition of our PivotBoss Monthly Outlook, we discuss the key range rejections that developed in the ES and NQ, and how ongoing headline risk continues to put pressure on equities and the broader market. We also discuss major market structure for Crude Oil, which could push price to 113, and perhaps as high as 145-150. We discuss the bullish potential of Gold in the months ahead, and also Silver and it's recent bounces off support. Industry groups are also our focus, as we discuss the Solar, Defense, Ag Chem, and EV Automakers groups. We also talk crypto, and discuss BTC, ETH, AVAX, SOL, MANA, and more! Watch here: MASTERS: PivotBoss Masters LIVE SESSIONS are this week! If you're a member of PivotBoss Masters, this week of Live Sessions is FREE to you. Log in to the PivotBoss Masters Dashboard to view the schedule here: https://pivotbossmasters.com/masters-training/#live The ES and NQ may see early strength be defended by bears looking for new intraday lows beyond yLO later today. Overall, keep an eye on the key range lows, as a failure to hold these levels could open up much more downside ahead. Crude Oil continues to rally to the Moon, as it is now within striking distance of 113. Above 113 opens up market structure as high as 147. BTC and ETH are pulling back after recent strength, but remain within clear trading ranges until proven otherwise.

by Daniel Shvartsman Investing.com - European markets started 2022 continuing the momentum from a strong 2021, as indices jumped in Monday trading. At 1450 CET (1350 GMT), the DAX (+1.1%) , the Euro Stoxx 50 (.8%), the CAC 40 (1.1%), the IBEX 35 (.8%), and the FTSE MIB (1.3%) all traded higher. The U.K. markets and thus the FTSE 100 are closed for trading today in observance of New Year's Day. Leading sectors included the automobile sector, with Porsche Automobil Holding SE (DE:PSHG_p) (5.4%), BMW (DE:BMWG) (2.8%), Renault SA (PA:RENA) (3%), Volkswagen (DE:VOWG_p) (2.4%), Stellantis NV (PA:STLA) (3.4%), and auto parts supplier Michelin (PA:MICP) (2.7%) all driving higher to start the day. This comes amid Tesla (NASDAQ:TSLA) and other electric vehicle makers reporting their deliveries for Q4, as well as South Korean automaker Hyundai Motor (KS:005380) forecasting a 12.1% increase in auto sales in 2022. The airplane industry jumped as well, with Safran (PA:SAF) (2%) announcing plans to hire up to 12,000 people in anticipation of air traffic recovering in 2022, with their CEO saying, "The worst is behind us." Airbus Group SE (PA:AIR) is up 3% as well on the news. This may also be knocking on to the travel sector more generally, with International Consolidated Airlines Group S.A. (MC:ICAG) (5.5%), Aena (MC:AENA) (2%), Melia Hotels (MC:MEL) (3.6%), Air France KLM (PA:AIRF) (5.3%), and Deutsche Lufthansa AG (DE:LHAG) (7.4%) all among winners in early trading. Lufthansa got an analyst upgrade on the day, which is helping send it higher. One more company in the news is Delivery Hero AG (DE:DHER), which announced last Friday it would be increasing its stake from 36% to 80% in Spanish-based delivery company Glovo. The German-based company, which just a couple weeks ago announced it would be shuttering its German efforts for the second time, is up .8% on the day. Rival Just Eat Takeaway (AS:TKWY) is trading up 2.8%. CNH Industrial NV (MI:CNHI) is trading expectedly lower, down 11.5% after completing the spin-off of Iveco Group (MI:IVG) (though adjusted for the spin, CNH is down .2%). Iveco Group for its part is down 11% in the truck powertrain maker's independent market debut. European may be getting a tailwind from solid PMI (purchasing managers index) reports this morning, with the Eurozone report meeting expectations and showing a solid expansion with a 58 reading (50 and up is expansionary), and most individual countries' reports coming in at or ahead of expectations; Germany came in slightly below expectations with a 57.4 reading vs. 57.9 expectations. Brent Oil Futures have pulled back from positive figures earlier in the day, trading down .5%, while Crude Oil WTI Futures are down .8%. There have been questions asked anew over how much the Omicron variant of Covid-19 might weigh on demand and cause a glut in supply, though Libya's production has also been restricted due to a broken pipeline. Cryptocurrencies have had a muted start to the year, with Bitcoin slightly up for the year but only up .2% in the last 24 hours, and Ethereum up 2.1%. The EUR/USD is down .1% to 1.1355.

U.S. futures are edging higher, looking to add to the gains from Thursday, but major averages remain on track to snap their 5-week winning streak after a sharp pullback Wednesday off all-time highs due to rising inflation fears renewed concerns the economy is going to quick too fast and the Fed may need to “pump the brakes” sooner than later with interest rate hikes (fed fund futures now pointing to a June ’22 star). The S&P 500 and the Nasdaq ended higher on Thursday, boosted by chipmakers after high inflation numbers dampened investor sentiment and put the brakes on a streak of record closing highs. By Sohini Podder and Matt Scuffham (Reuters) -Morgan Stanley on Thursday reported a bigger third-quarter profit than market expectations, as the investment bank closed more deals and generated a record $1.27 billion from its advisory business during the three months. Global mergers and acquisitions have touched a new high as deals totaling $1.52 trillion were announced in the three months ended Sept. 27, a 38% growth from a year ago and higher than any quarter on record as per Refinitiv data. Net revenue from institutional securities, which houses the sales and trading and investment banking units, the bank's largest reporting segment, rose 22% to $7.5 billion from a year earlier. Revenue from its investment banking unit, comprising advisory, equity and fixed income underwriting businesses, came in at $2.85 billion, compared to $1.71 billion a year ago. Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) is positioned third in the global M&A league tables, which rank financial services firms based on the amount of M&A fees they generate, trailing behind rivals Goldman Sachs Group Inc (NYSE:GS) and JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM) Fees from equity underwriting stood at $1.01 billion, with the bank acting as an underwriter on a few most anticipated stock market debuts, including Salesforce-rival Freshworks Inc, restaurant software maker Toast Inc and Federer-backed shoemaker On Holding AG. Morgan Stanley's quarter was further strengthened by a 25% rise in revenue in its wealth management business, driven by higher asset levels and growth in net interest income, which is a result of its E*Trade acquisition and strong client activity. Return on tangible common equity was 19.6%, well above the bank's two-year target of between 14% and 16% that it had set in January. The figure measures how well a bank is using its capital to produce profit. As it lacks a big consumer lending unit, Morgan Stanley has been able to weather the economic effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. The bank brought down its provision for credit losses to $24 million for the third quarter from $111 million a year earlier. Net income applicable to common shareholders rose to $3.58 billion, or $1.98 per share, in the three months ended Sept. 30, from $2.6 billion, or $1.66 per share, a year earlier. Analysts were expecting a profit of $1.68 per share, according to Refinitiv data. Net revenue rose to $14.75 billion in the third quarter, compared with $11.72 billion a year earlier. Shares of Morgan Stanley were up 1.7% in premarket trading.

Oil prices and Treasury yields decline, while gold rises ahead of a key reading of consumer price September inflation. Futures are getting a boost after better economic data in China as September exports rose 28.1% from last year as consumer demand outpace supply chain disruptions and power shortages, while last night’s passage of a debt ceiling extension by House lawmakers puts at least one market concern to the side until early December. In Asian markets, The Nikkei Index fell -90 points to 28,140, the Shanghai Index rose 14 points to 3,561 and the Hang Seng Index was closed. In Europe, the German DAX is up over 100 points to 15,250, while the FTSE 100 is slightly lower at 7,120. Unmittellbar vor der Insolvenz hatte die Refugium Holding AG bereits vier ehemalige Vorstandsmitglieder auf mehr als 12 Millionen Mark Schadensersatz verklagt.
