recentlyHere's an example Python code using pandas and numpy libraries to read data from an Excel file containing daily stock market data and calculate the % chance of a reversal based on TRIN and NYMO indicators: python Copy code import pandas as pd import numpy as np # Read data from Excel file data = pd.read_excel('stock_data.xlsx') # Extract TRIN, NYMO, and daily price data trin = data['TRIN'] nymo = data['NYMO'] open_price = data['Open'] close_price = data['Close'] high_price = data['High'] low_price = data['Low'] # Calculate the difference between the open and close prices price_diff = close_price - open_price # Calculate the % change in price price_change = price_diff / open_price * 100 # Calculate the % change in TRIN and NYMO trin_change = (trin - trin.shift(1)) / trin.shift(1) * 100 nymo_change = (nymo - nymo.shift(1)) / nymo.shift(1) * 100 # Define a function to determine whether a reversal is likely def is_reversal(trin_change, nymo_change, price_change): if trin_change < -2 and nymo_change < -2 and price_change > 0: return True elif trin_change > 2 and nymo_change > 2 and price_change < 0: return True else: return False # Calculate the % chance of a reversal reversal_chance = np.mean([is_reversal(trin_change[i], nymo_change[i], price_change[i]) for i in range(len(data))]) * 100 # Print the % chance of a reversal print('The % chance of a reversal is:', reversal_chance) This code assumes that the Excel file "stock_data.xlsx" contains columns named "TRIN", "NYMO", "Open", "Close", "High", and "Low" which contain the corresponding data for each day. The code calculates the difference between the open and close prices, the % change in price, and the % change in TRIN and NYMO for each day. It then defines a function to determine whether a reversal is likely based on the values of TRIN, NYMO, and the price change. Finally, it calculates the % chance of a reversal by taking the mean of the function over all days and multiplying by 100.

recently@everyone I got clean signals on $LEN, $NSC, $S and a few other trades but I opted to stand down because the general conditions are still unclear. It is like deciding to forego buying the nice house because the neighborhood is sketchy. 1) The market is up but the breadth has barely improved. While the central bank is widely expected to keep key interest rates near zero, its statement and subsequent Q&A session from Powell is sure to be parsed for clues regarding the timing of taper talks, as well as any indications if rising inflation prices are a concern, or just temporary as the Fed has pleaded over the last three months. Treasury yields remain depressed despite recent higher inflation readings (CPI, PPI) as the benchmark 10-year yield holds under 1.50%. In Asian markets, The Nikkei Index fell -150 points to 29,291, the Shanghai Index fell -38 points to 3,518 (3rd straight day of losses) to 28,436, and the Hang Seng Index fell -201 points to 28,436. In Europe, the German DAX is up about 20 points to 15,750, while the FTSE 100 rises about 10 points to 7,185. Wall Street took a rest on Tuesday, as major indexes closed lower and the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq backed down from the previous session’s record closing highs. Big tech pulled back on Tuesday after leading the day prior while Dow Transports finished green. While U.S. stock indexes have been range-bound since the beginning of the month, any changes in nuance from the Fed today, and Friday’s quadruple witching options expiration, could trigger some volatility. recentlydarkpool update: so as you know spx the main indicator to look for potential market signals hasnt been buying for sometime next we have gex, gex is interesting, ive really only started to understand it (again read the above, talks a lot about market liquidity and what leads to declines). so low gex means worse liquidity and more volatility (is a function of vol in of itself) and we already have one of the lowest gex prints over the last year so big moves possible. Also gex rarely stays that low for long so good its already there. for names buying: m, hpq, ebay, oxy, len, payx, u, sklz, ddog, trip (bkng not bad too), lyv, some random slv/gld miners still selling: idex, uber, nndm, ddd, twtr, spce, ktos, ms, ag, gm, tan and other solar names
