Crude Oil developed a strong low Thursday, and if bulls can keep 113 bid we could see a rally back toward the 123s. If price can hit 117.06, we get ourselves a new key range to work with, as well. BTC and ETH remain very bearish, and likely have much more downside ahead. @everyone relatively slow week for us and slow "quad witching" Friday to top it off.... flushed $UPWK at the open, $SPWR gave back some of yesterday's gains but looking decent & $STNE acted very well .. Looks like we are building a big spill in the ES - but careful on anything today, as it's quad witch and quite gnarly out htere. I'm gonna take the rest of the day off from the charts, and if you are down but choose to keep fighting, set a limit of how much capital you are willing to lose (how much more, or how much of your profit) - and stick to finding good levels, don't try trades in between moves, wait for key levels with higher probability. Due to portfolio rebalancing today on expiring derivatives, market is liable to big moves out of nowhere, with no follow through and head fakes. Just be warned.

ES Volumes are pretty weak on teh second last day before the June expiry and quad-witch. ES June: 77,323 contracts ES September: 278,024 There isn't much roll over volume today as most traders have already made the move, but 278k is still weak overnight volume given the massive Fed meeting yesterday. This could suggest we start the day on some buy stops into resistance, then we push lower. Will be a day full of volatility and opportunity. Also, this week we will be trading the EPU21 - or the September futures contract, as it is quad witch expirry week and Sep volume surpasses June volume by a significant amount.
