**3) UNH (UNITED HEALTH)** UNH has created a double pattern. UNH has been on a massive run since March 2020 low's which allowed the momentum to create a rising wedge from 06/16/20 which was broken to the upside on 04/16/21, which then created an ascending triangle which UNH may test the resistance at the $425 level. UNH may be taking another leg up from here, allowing it to take another run. Watch for the break above $425 for the opportunity for a swing trade for calls. PT $430

going to cut UNH last contract at open as earnings saw profit decline, eps due to patients looking for deferred care, this is why we took profits and removed almost all of the risk

UNH down but you should have covered most of this for earnings, VLRS slightly down another earnings play, SNOW being pushed so hard destroying premium value

Guys risk managemengt very important: UNH prime example played for earnings bought 3 contracts at 3.69 so spent in total just over $1100, sold 2 contracts for 4.88, got back $976. Wanted to make the play free but will not force so a position that was over $300 for one contract in reality just became under $130 for the contract. This is an example of finding ways to risk want one to make 3

**4) UNH (United Health)** UNH broke out a long term rising wedge which is often a bearish pattern, bullish breaks of these patterns tend to identify strength of buyer's where buyer's can create surge in volatility. Example of this is TSLA December 2019. UNH broke the pattern and initiated a backtest of the pattern on 06/18/21 and is now bouncing after their dividend. Earnings is approaching on 07/15/21. Plan is to watch for the break above $416 for $420 calls. Guidelines is to be able to obtain the necessary for contracts to be able to sell contracts and cover cost to remove risk prior to earnings. As should something change fundamentally, this can alternate the TA. Due to earnings is one day before expiration available this is not recommended unless you are able to remove risk prior to earnings.
